What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Category Manager-Purchasing who will join our team at Marketing & Communications Purchasing team.

• Handling all purchasing requests related to marketing and communication from HQ Arçelik A.Ş. and Arçelik Marketing A.Ş. companies and Global subsidiaries (internal customers). This involves purchasing the creative agencies, digital agencies, marketing research, film production, and desktop production.
• Executing global and purchasing strategies within the organization, aiming to create agile and consolidated projects with internal customers.
• Creating and ensuring significant cost advantages for the total cost of ownership through compliant process implementations.
• Designing and utilizing advanced tactical purchasing methods and online negotiation tools to achieve the best cost position.
• Managing the definition and execution of the processes for recruiting Agencies and Production Houses.
• Supporting ongoing improvement efforts related to purchasing processes.
• Reporting, pursuing, and describing the goals assigned by the Purchasing Directorate.
• Being responsible for contract management and supplier relationships.
• Working closely with multi-functional and multinational teams to create and execute global long-term product group roadmaps.
• Understanding consumer insights.
• Monitoring market, consumer, and technology trends to offer innovative projects.
• The position is located in Sütlüce.

How we describe the perfect match?

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Cummunication, Engineering, Economics or related departments,

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in the field of marketing and brand management. Marketing procurement experience highly preferable
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Able to lead project management, negotiation, and contract management
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communications always our priority.
